Any ideas on how to figure out how this is coming from? I'm sitting at her local machine and I don't see anything unusual From the long years, antivirus claims the issue while sending emails from Outlook. The user is using Outlook Web Access when sending these emails. If I look at the messages in Outlook I can see them all in her sent folder. It will send it 20-30 times but keeps the email in my Outbox saying that it hasn't been sent (although sometimes it says it's been sent but stays in the Outbox) If I look in her sent items folder I can see them there. It doesn't happen with every email with attachments, just occasionally.

Not happening for all just two this morning - most likely a problem on EXCHANGE not client. Change machine does not matter here either. Outlook shows 1 email in SENT Exchange shows two separate emails created.
